We recruit all year round for experienced SIA trained Security Staff to help deliver our major Stadia and Local Authority contracts. If you have an SIA license and would relish being part of an experienced, professional team, we’d love to hear from you.
We are incredibly proud of our Security Team, largely made up of ex-service personnel, the team offer ‘over and above’ industry standard expectations to our flagship service operations at Wembley Stadium and a multitude of other large scale and mass participation events where safety and security is paramount.

Our Traffic Management Team is deployed across the country working on various event sites and sports stadia. It’s a busy and varied role and additional training and personal improvement is encouraged and supported by the company to ensure we offer stand out service to our clients and their stakeholders.

We recruit stewards to work on car parking duties all year round at major event sites across the country. You will be working outside in all weathers. Waterproof high vis clothing is provided and you will be working with an experienced team to assist people to park their vehicles in a safe and organised manner at shows and outdoor events. It’s a busy and vital role. You will need to be quick and efficient and have the ability to interact with other staff members as well as communicate effectively with members of the public.

Work Format Office primary and onsite secondary work place setting
45hrs per week (9hrs per day / 2,340hrs per annum)
5 days out of 7 per week
Significant weekend and bank holiday working
Salary £40,000 to £55,000 based on experience
No paid overtime – Time off in lieu available
Reporting To Senior Operations Manager (Wembley)

Role Purpose
This role requires an event professional with experience in event / venue and account management responsible for service delivery to all key clients and major contracts within our Stadia portfolio, primarily Wembley National Stadium.
The role is focused on service excellence to ensure client and customer satisfaction alongside compliance and best practice of health and safety.
Working on some of the biggest events in the UK the role is integral to the success of EP Team and is central to our service delivery across all departments and team members. Based in Wembley Park adjacent to Wembley Stadium the role is a full time position with the requirement to work evenings and weekends when needed.
Role Responsibilities
– Management support to the teams supplying EP Team services at Wembley Stadium.
– Planning support with development of operational documentation such as schedules, operational
manuals and planning sheets covering EP Team operations for Wembley Stadium events.
– On occasion acting as silver decision maker across EP Team operations.
– Plan and lead team briefings and training programmes.
– Demonstrate and promote best practice in all Health and Safety matters.
– Administrative support for all EP Team Operations at Wembley Stadium.
– Financial budget tracking and reporting on all EP Team Operations at Wembley Stadium.
– Support staff recruitment, training, reward and recognition and retention across EP Team Services at
Wembley Stadium.
– Provide leadership, supervision and management to all frontline teams employed across EP Team
Operations at Wembley Stadium.
– Attend and lead in planning meetings both with internal departments but also external stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the role will evolve during the contract period and you may also be asked to manage
and work across other EP Team sites from time to time.
Training / Qualifications / Skills
Essential
Essential
– 5+ years experience of event management, venue management or account management within the
sports or entertainment industries
– Experience in one or several services including crowd safety, security, traffic management, parking
operations and customer service
– Experience of leading large teams of people
– Experience as a service provider / contractor
– Experience of account management and KPI tracking
– Good knowledge and use of software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook (or
similar)
– Good written and verbal communication skills in English
– Good understanding of UK health and safety legislation pertinent to the events industry and best practise
– Knowledge of and competent risk assessment writing and reviewing
– Good knowledge and experience of event planning phases and requirements
– Good ability to work well under pressure
– High level of interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Desired
– Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) – Managing Safely Certification
– NEBOSH National General Certificate
– Experience in Event Control Room environments and knowledge of C3 structures
– Experience in customer service and development of front-line staff
Useful
– UK Driving License
– Plant licences such as forklift or telehandler
