Accredit-LIVE is EP Team’s proprietary event accreditation solution, helping ensure every guest is granted the correct permissions.

How it works

Pre-event, data is loaded into the Accredit-LIVE desktop app. This includes information for personnel due to receive accreditation, as well as zoning information, event dates, locations, and schedules. Data can be input for a single event or multiple events, with user data stored for the future according to GDPR best practice.

Passes can be printed in the lead up to the event or on the day itself. User permissions can be edited on the day, and the desktop app allows for the immediate addition of new personnel to ensure any unexpected arrivals are given the access they require. Our stewarding teams can man checkpoints and scan badges, ensuring only attendees with the correct permissions are permitted access.

Once your event has wrapped up, Accredit-LIVE can generate reports to show access used throughout the event. This data can be used to improve future accreditation performance, resulting in a more efficient flow of personnel around your event.

  • User Role Designation
    Accredit-LIVE can split users into different roles with varied permissions. Super Users are admins with full access to the Accredi-LIVE system, and we can create other custom user groups with bespoke permissions according to your requirements.
  • Departments & Zones
    Accredit-LIVE can allocate permissions according to departments and zones, letting you quickly grant or remove zone permissions to user groups according to the departments they are part of.
  • Secure Information
    Accredit-LIVE uses secure AWS server space and SSL Certified login. Apps are tested for server load and login penetration monthly. App access can be locked to specific IP addresses.
  • Multiple Events
    Events can be set up well in advance, with data used for one event available for use in subsequent events to save you time and effort.
  • Trained Personnel
    EP Team can provide teams of trained personnel to manage the accreditation operation on the day. This can include operation of the Accredit-LIVE system as well as pass printing and distribution.
