PARKING MANAGEMENT
Park-LIVE’s client-facing WebApp allows you to control all areas of the booking experience, including the parking options available, venue directions, maps, and ANPR registration details. It also allows you to set up multiple events, dates, and venues. You can also use the client-facing WebApp to manage guest and hospitality passes for no additional cost.
The WebApp is available on desktops and mobile devices. Its live reporting dashboard provides real-time parking information and can be synced with live traffic data, meaning you can manage parking on the day and on the move.
Vehicle arrivals can be logged via ANPR, QR code, or manually, as per the needs of your customers and event.
CUSTOMER FRIENDLY
The customer-facing Park-LIVE App can be downloaded to any Android device, and allows guests and visitors to book parking in advance of your event. They can choose from a range of purchase options (determined by you), with all tickets and directions sent to customers via email or SMS.
Accessible parking can also be arranged through the Park-LIVE app, and you can choose to enable details such as parking bay sizes and locations, as well as provide customised maps for accessible parking. You also have the option to provide free accessible parking should you choose to.
SECURE AND SAFE
The Park-LIVE system is fully GDPR compliant and is hosted on secure AWS servers. The system uses full end-to-end encryption to keep your customer data safe, and data is automatically wiped if a device is logged as stolen.
